The Biden administration, whose policies continue to encourage open borders, shouldn't be implementing immigration schemes without input from affected states. Two lower courts and the Supreme Court have already deemed the administration's actions unconstitutional.
Left narrative
They're not implementing new schemes -- they're eliminating bad policy. And the lower courts based their decisions on novel and erroneous interpretations of the law. MPP is inhumane and against the interests of America. SCOTUS must at least give the administration a full hearing to sunset this program properly.

MPP, coupled with the abhorant "Title 42" pandemic policy advanced by both Trump and Biden, has resulted in a true humanitarian crisis for asylum seekers in Mexico. Tens of thousands of vulnerable people have been unncessarily subjected to violence and insecurity. Seeking asylum is not a crime!
