A Tropic Air flight carrying 14 passengers and two crew members was hijacked by Akinyela Sawa Taylor, a 49-year-old U.S. citizen, during a domestic flight from Corozal to San Pedro in Belize on Thursday at approximately 8:30 a.m. local time.
