U.S. Judge Paul Engelmayer on Tuesday approved the Justice Department's (DOJ) request to release files relating to Jeffrey Epstein that were kept under seal as part of the case against Ghislaine Maxwell, following passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act (EFTA).
