Stefan Meister

Stefan Meister is the head of International Order and Democracy Program at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). He is co-author of several books, such as Geopolitics and Security: A New Strategy for the South Caucasus, and has a PhD with a focus on the transformation of the Russian higher education and research system.
