Steven McClurg

Steven McClurg serves as chief meteorologist at WXYZ-TV Channel 7 in Detroit, Michigan. He joined the ABC affiliate in 2003 and has become a prominent weather forecaster in the Detroit metropolitan area. McClurg holds the American Meteorological Society's Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal and regularly covers severe weather events affecting southeastern Michigan. He previously worked at television stations in markets including Grand Rapids and Lansing before joining WXYZ.
