Rick Hasen

Richard Hasen is the Gary T. Schwartz Endowed Chair in Law at UCLA, a professor of political science and the Director of Safeguarding Democracy Project at UCLA Law School. He is internationally renowned for his knowledge of election law and for his contributions to legislation and statutory interpretation, remedies and torts. He has co-authored many prominent casebooks in election law and remedies.
