Kamal Kharazi

Seyed Kamal Kharrazi is an Iranian reformist politician and diplomat who served as Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1997 to 2005 under President Mohammad Khatami. Currently, he is the Chairman of Iran's Strategic Council on Foreign Relations and an advisor to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
