Mike Howell

Mike Howell is the executive director of Heritage's Oversight Project, which conducts investigations and provides oversight. He formerly worked as an attorney on Capitol Hill and at the Department of Homeland Security's Office of the General Counsel, where he served as the Chief Legal Point of Contact.
