William Alberque

William Alberque is the director of strategy, technology, and arms control at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). He has extensive expertise in arms control, nonproliferation, and NATO policy, having previously served as drector of NATO’s Arms Control, Disarmament, and WMD Non-Proliferation Centre.
