Saad Sherida al-Kaabi is Qatar's Minister of State for Energy Affairs and the President and CEO of QatarEnergy, the state-owned petroleum company. He has led Qatar's energy sector expansion and strategic positioning as one of the world's largest liquefied natural gas exporters.
