Fyodor Lukyanov

Fyodor Lukyanov is a Russian political scientist, journalist, and foreign policy analyst, serving as Editor-in-Chief of Russia in Global Affairs and Chairman of the Presidium of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy. He is also Research Director at the Valdai Discussion Club and a research professor at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, known for his commentary on Russia’s role in global order and international relations.
