Kurt Volker
Kurt Volker is an American diplomat and foreign policy expert, who served as US ambassador to NATO from 2008 to 2009. He also served under the Trump administration as the US special representative for Ukraine negotiations. In 2020, he was named a distinguished fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis.
