Olga Khakova

Olga Khakova is a nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council's Global Energy Center, focusing on energy security and policy in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. She previously served as Deputy Director of the Energy Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
