Jude Blanchette

Jude Blanchette is an American foreign policy analyst and China specialist who currently serves as the Distinguished Tang Chair in China Research at RAND Corporation. He wrote "China's New Red Guards", and is an expert on Chinese politics with previous roles at CSIS and The Conference Board.
