Amy Walter

Amy Walter is publisher and editor-in-chief of The Cook Political Report with Amy Walter, a nonpartisan newsletter analyzing U.S. elections and campaigns. She joined Cook Political Report in 2007 and became editor-in-chief in 2021. Walter is also a regular analyst on PBS NewsHour and previously worked at ABC News. She is widely recognized as a leading authority on American electoral politics.
