Victoria Nuland
Victoria Nuland is an American diplomat who served as under secretary of state for political affairs from 2021 to 2024. A former member of the US Foreign Service, she also served as assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs from 2013 to 2017, and the 18th US ambassador to NATO from 2005 to 2008.
