Rapper turned Kathmandu mayor Balendra Shah, known as Balen, joined the Rastriya Swatantra Party led by former TV host Rabi Lamichhane on Sunday. Under the agreement, Shah will become prime minister if the RSP wins the March 5 elections, while Lamichhane will remain party chief.
