The U.K. Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper on Monday ordered a review of her department's handling of the consular case of Alaa Abd el Fattah, the British-Egyptian activist who returned to the U.K. late last week, after a number of old social media posts emerged in which he espoused violence against Zionists and police officers.
