Condoleezza Rice

Condoleezza Rice is an American political scientist and diplomat who served as U.S. National Security Advisor and later as the 66th Secretary of State under President George W. Bush, becoming the first African-American woman to hold both positions. Since 2020, she has led the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and remains influential as a public intellectual, educator, and corporate director.
