Jillian Segal

Jillian Shirley Segal AO is an accomplished Australian lawyer and business executive, currently serving as Australia's Special Envoy to Combat Antisemitism, a position she was appointed to in July 2024. Born in Johannesburg and educated at the University of New South Wales and Harvard Law School, Segal has held prominent roles including deputy chair of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission and board member of the Australian Securities Exchange. Recognized for her contributions to law and community service, she was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2005 and promoted to Officer of the Order of Australia in 2019.
