Julian Assange

Julian Assange is an Australian computer programmer, editor, publisher, and activist who is best known for founding the whistleblowing site WikiLeaks in 2006. He is currently facing US extradition in UK courts over the publication of thousands of confidential documents, including evidence related to alleged civilian killings by US forces in the Afghanistan war.
