Jack Lang
Jack Lang is a French politician and cultural advocate who served as France's Minister of Culture under President François Mitterrand from 1981-1986 and 1988-1993, known for implementing the Fête de la Musique and expanding cultural access. He has also served as Minister of Education and held various elected positions including as a deputy in the French National Assembly and president of the Institut du Monde Arabe.
