Biden has authorized the National Archives to hand over approximately 23K emails and other attachments from the Trump admin. to the House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riots.
Although Trump sent a letter in Mar. to the National Archives saying that he wanted to potentially claim executive privilege on certain documents, the collection is expected to go to the committee on May 26.

Biden and his campaign boasted during the 2020 campaign that they had recruited hundreds of lawyers to fight the election result in the event that they lost.
