On Tues., the Biden Admin announced it had restored key provisions to the foundational National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) that the Trump administration had previously rolled back.
NEPA was first enacted in 1969 and required the federal government to consider the environmental and climate impacts of its projects, as well as encourage collaboration with vulnerable communities.
