Elon Musk, the billionaire CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has announced his intention to vote Republican in an upcoming election. Musk did not specify whether he meant the 2022 midterm elections or the 2024 presidential election.
The remarks came during a virtual panel at a tech conference in Miami, when he claimed to have "historically" voted "overwhelmingly for Democrats." He asserted that the Democratic party is now "too much captured by the unions."
