A NY judge ruled that former Trump attorney, Rudy Giuliani, must appear before a GA special grand jury hearing regarding alleged 2020 election interference by Trump.
Giuliani will now have to appear as a witness on Aug. 9 after having failed to appear at a hearing regarding whether he could block the subpoena.

Democratic narrative
While the investigation must first play out, the phone call between Trump and Raffensperger is enough to question the motives and responsibility of Trump and his inner circle. These subpoenas are necessary to get to the bottom of the Trump team's shocking efforts to overturn a free and fair election.
