Trump took to the stage at a rally in Pennsylvania on Fri. to support Dr. Mehmet Oz, his chosen candidate in the GOP primary race for the state's open Senate seat.
During an hour-long speech, Trump praised the doctor, who, like the former president, has hosted a television show.

Democratic narrative
The MAGA faithful may have turned out for their dear leader, but they didn't show the same love for the carpet-bagging Dr. Oz, who received hearty boos. Rally-goers can't understand the logic of the Oz endorsement, and they want a candidate who's actually from Pennsylvania.
Pro-Trump narrative
Trump always knows what he's doing and his game-changing endorsement of Oz came for all the right reasons. He knows Oz will be best suited for winning the general election and protecting the country from the Radical Left.

Oz should never get anywhere near the US Senate. Beyond recent problematic signs of his ties to Turkey, Oz has also cozied up to Turkish dictator Recep Erdoğan, a reprehensible act that should disqualify him from taking office in the US.
