Morgan State University to Build Wall Around Campus After Shooting

The Facts
One week after a shooting that left five people injured during homecoming festivities, Morgan State University announced a plan on Tuesday to build a wall around the majority of the campus and station security personnel at entrances and exits.
The new wall will extend existing barriers on the campus by about 8K feet, surrounding roughly 90% of the campus. University President David Wilson stated that the security upgrades would effectively "eliminate unfettered access."
