The Facts
Ukrainian officials said at least 14 civilians were killed and 43 others were injured after Russia struck a supermarket in the town of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk on Friday.
Vadym Filashkin, Ukraine's governor of Donetsk, said that the town was hit by Russian artillery earlier in the day before being hit by a Russian Kh-38 missile.
