German authorities announced the arrest of a US citizen living in Germany on Thursday, on charges of offering "sensitive information belonging to the US military" to Chinese government officials.
The Office of the Federal Prosecutor claims that the accused, identified only as Martin D., had worked with the US military in some capacity "until recently." He then allegedly reached out to Chinese officials this year.
