Judge rules Mahmoud Khalil can't be deported or detained for foreign policy reasons cited by Trump administration
CBS1 day
The Trump administration has every right to revoke Khalil's visa over his participation in disruptive protests that created hostile environments for Jewish students and undermined critical U.S. foreign policy objectives in the Middle East. In addition, this anti-Israel ringleader lied on his visa application.
This is a huge win for the Constitution. Khalil has not been charged with any crimes, yet he's been held for months on vague foreign policy claims from Rubio over political beliefs the administration doesn't like. This targeting of Palestinian activists is a dangerous assault on First Amendment freedoms.
