The Spin

Pro-establishment narrative

This Russian attack on Palm Sunday, deliberately targeting civilians as dozens of families were out celebrating the national holiday, was nothing short of sheer terrorism. Ukraine has seen this time and time again throughout the conflict, and yet Kyiv is still expected to negotiate with Moscow. Ukraine's allies should be supporting it's military efforts against Russian aggression.

Pro-Russia narrative

Russia's attack on Sumy targeted military officials that gathered at the university for an awards ceremony having just committed a number of crimes in Russia's Kursk region. This was retribution for their actions and it was their fault that they chose to host the event at a civilian site. This needs to be clarified with Ukraine if it wants any form of additional ceasefire.
