    The Spin

    Right narrative

This partnership will help Texas high schools continue teaching students about America's founding principles, family values and Christianity. Abbott is right to demand that disciplinary action be taken against any school blocking these clubs, protecting students from teachers and administrators who bully young conservatives. Expanding Kirk's legacy after his assassination ensures Texas students will be able to openly discuss their faith and conservative values.

    Left narrative

Too many Turning Point USA events have devolved into hate-filled political indoctrination sessions where speakers twist Scripture. Armed security standing on stage creates an atmosphere of intimidation rather than worship, while hot mic recordings have revealed employees openly discussing racist views. This organization has no place receiving taxpayer support or access to impressionable high school students.
