The Facts

Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as "El Mencho," was killed during a Mexican military operation on Sunday morning in Tapalpa, Jalisco. The Defense Ministry reported that Oseguera was wounded during the operation and died while being transported by air to a medical facility in Guadalajara.
