The operation succeeded in establishing crucial cooperation with local officials and dramatically reduced violent interference, proving that focused enforcement works and mass deportations will continue nationwide.
Anti-Trump narrative
Deploying 3,000 federal agents for over two months to arrest roughly 4,000 people in a metro area of 3 million represents a massive failure and waste of resources. The operation left two citizens dead, inflicted deep generational trauma and economic ruin and left communities with unanswered questions.
