A judge accepted Derek Chauvin's plea deal,a former NYPD cop was convicted of assaulting an officer during the Jan. 6 riot,the Delaware repairman who turned over Hunter Biden's laptop filed a defamation lawsuit, andan Oath Keepers member pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy.Meanwhile,an alleged Colombian drug lord pleaded not guilty to US drug charges,Alabama investigators continued searching for an escaped inmate and missing prison official,and a manhunt was launched in Israel after police identified suspects in a deadly attack near Tel Aviv.

In the US, a leaked opinion revealed that SCOTUS may overturn Roe v.
