Meanwhile, Sudan's Rapid Support Forces were accused of ethnic cleansing in West Darfur,the EU ended its military training mission in Mali,Russia sent military advisors and equipment to Niger,Iran said it will change its nuclear doctrine if its existence is threatened, and the IAEA chief called for more oversight of Iran's nuclear program.
