Emmanuel Macron made a state visit to Germany,China, Japan, and South Korea pledged to boost their cooperation,UK Labour leader Keir Starmer confirmed that Diane Abbott can stand as a party candidate,and a mayoral candidate was shot dead in Mexico.In other news, Iran's supreme leader expressed support for pro-Palestinian protests in the US,thousands rallied in New Zealand to protest funding cuts for Maori programs,and Spain passed a bill allowing amnesty for hundreds of Catalan separatists.
