Adriana Smith, 31, who was declared brain-dead in February while eight weeks pregnant, delivered a premature baby boy named Chance via emergency cesarean section on Friday. The baby weighs 1 pound 13 ounces and is currently in the neonatal intensive care unit at Emory University Hospital in Georgia.
