Azerbaijani authorities arrested two Russian journalists from Sputnik Azerbaijan on Monday during raids on the news outlet's Baku offices, detaining executive director Igor Kartavykh and chief editor Yevgeny Belousov on charges of alleged illegal financing after the agency's accreditation was suspended in February. A total of seven journalists were detained and, according to an anonymous source, 15 other Russian nationals were arrested on drug trafficking and cybercrime charges.
