John Fortier

John C. Fortier is a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), specializing in Congress, the Electoral College, elections, continuity of government, and the US presidency. He previously served as director of governmental studies at the Bipartisan Policy Center, and the principal contributor to the AEI-Brookings Election Reform Project, as well as taught at several universities including Harvard.
