Mel Stride
Melvyn Stride is a British Conservative politician, serving as secretary of state for work and pensions since October 2022. Previous roles also included leader of the House of Commons (May-July 2019), and financial secretary to the Treasury and paymaster general (2017-2019). He represented Central Devon as MP from 2010 to 2024.
