Max Tegmark is a Swedish-American physicist, cosmologist, machine learning researcher and bestselling author. He is president of both The Future of Life Institute and the Improve the News Foundation, and a professor at MIT. In 2023, he was named one of Time's 100 Most Influential People in AI.
