Thomas Oxley is a neurologist and neurosurgeon who serves as CEO of Synchron, a brain-computer interface company developing the Stentrode, an endovascular brain implant that allows paralyzed patients to control digital devices with their thoughts. He is also an Associate Professor of Neurology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and the University of Melbourne.
