Three people died and more than 50 were injured in a stampede during the annual Rath Yatra Hindu festival near Gundicha Temple in Puri, Odisha, on Sunday morning around 4 a.m. local time, when thousands gathered to witness the chariot procession of Lord Jagannath and his siblings.
