Bill Russo

Bill Russo is an American political operative who is the former assistant secretary of state in the Bureau of Global Public Affairs under the Biden Administration. He served at the Department of State as advisor to then-Deputy Secretary Antony Blinken from 2015 to 2017. Before that, he worked as senior advisor to Jake Sullivan, the then-national security advisor.
