David Cole

David Cole serves as national legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union, a position he has held since 2016. A constitutional law expert and Georgetown University Law Center professor, Cole has argued numerous Supreme Court cases and authored several books on civil liberties. He previously taught at Georgetown for over two decades and has been a prominent voice on constitutional rights issues.
