John Swinney

John Swinney is a Scottish politician who is the current first minister of Scotland and leader of the Scottish National Party (SNP), roles he has held since May 2024. Swinney previously lead the SNP between 2000 and 2004 and has been a member of the Scottish parliament since 1999.
