Matthew Levitt is the Fromer-Wexler Senior Fellow, and director of the Jeanette and Eli Reinhard Program on Counterterrorism and Intelligence, at The Washington Institute. He is the author of the 2013 book 'Hezbollah: The Global Footprint of Lebanon's Party of God.'
