Raphael Cohen

Raphael Cohen is an expert in military strategy, conflict and intelligence analysis. He is a senior political scientist at RAND, where he is also director of the Pardee RAND Graduate School National Security Program, and director of the Strategy and Doctrine Program of RAND Project AIR FORCE.
